Our services to subcontractors range from Admin, Audit and Contract Facilitation through to full programme delivery. The scope of support is tailored to each partner's needs and agreed at the outset of the relationship.
The fee range for subcontracting services is typically 15–20%. The exact percentage is determined by the level of service and support provided, and is agreed transparently before any contract is signed.
Subcontractors are paid within 10 days of receipt of funding from the relevant Government Agency. We are committed to prompt and reliable payment, ensuring our partners can plan and deliver their programmes with confidence.
Our subcontracting policy is reviewed annually in June and published in July. This ensures that our terms remain current, compliant with the latest funding rules, and aligned with best practice in the sector.
