We work closely with the ESFA to ensure full compliance with funding rules and regulations, and we are committed to the responsible and transparent use of public funds in the delivery of our training programmes.
Span Training & Development Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners, including young people and vulnerable adults. We recognise our duty of care and take all reasonable steps to ensure that learners are protected from harm, abuse or neglect.
All staff undergo Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and receive regular safeguarding training.
